Product Sustainability: Acknowledge restaurants/retailers that prioritize the sourcing and selling of environmentally friendly products.
Innovation and Technology: Highlight restaurants/retailers that have embraced innovative technologies to improve their environmental performance, such as implementing smart energy management systems, utilizing renewable energy sources, or adopting efficient logistics and transportation practices.
Community Engagement: Recognize restaurants/retailers that actively engage with local communities and contribute to environmental initiatives, such as organizing environmental awareness campaigns, supporting environmental charities, or collaborating with local organizations to promote sustainable practices.
Employee Education and Empowerment: Give credit to restaurants/retailers that prioritize educating and empowering their employees about environmental issues, providing training on sustainable practices, and encouraging them to take an active role in implementing eco-friendly initiatives.
